Bereavement Peer Support Groups
Evening Peer Support Group
Our next meeting is on Tuesday 21st October. The group runs fortnightly from 18.30 - 20.00 at Nantwich Methodist Church, Hospital Street, Nantwich.
Are you struggling with grief? Do you feel you can't talk to anyone about how you feel? We offer a safe space to talk, or simply listen to others about their loss. The group is led by our trained and compassionate volunteers who can help you work through your thoughts and feelings.
Peer support allows individuals with shared experiences provide mutual help and understanding.
You can meet and share with others in a confidential and calm environment.
Light refreshments will be provided. There is no charge for the groups but a small donation to cover costs is encouraged.
To register your interest please email insightsnantwich@hotmail.com or call on 07984 785 064, stating 'Evening Group'.

Our Namaste Box
At Barony Lodge on 7th of May we were privileged to receive training from EoLP's and Insights friend Francis. Nick Hutt, Secretary and Treasurer of the Church Warden's Merger Fund, donated a namaste box to Insights alongside other dementia support groups.
The Namaste Box contains activities that help carers stimulate the senses of touch, sight, hearing, and smell, such as textured materials, colourful objects, and familiar scents.
